Aquaphor wanted to shake up its social media from a clinical, medical tone to a fresh, cool vibe that resonates with Gen Z.

I led the social media strategy to grow their Instagram following by 567% and launched their TikTok, hitting over 200K followers within a year. We created a brand voice that felt authentic, relatable, and culturally relevant for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences. Through trend-driven content and data-backed tactics, we turned Aquaphor into a must-follow skincare brand on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads,  making it cool, engaging, and community-focused.
